Smart Tasbih is an Islamic prayer companion application that provides:

• Prayer time calculations based on your location
• Qibla direction finder
• Digital Tasbih counter for Dhikr
• Smart Ring integration for prayer notifications
• Islamic calendar and dates

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Smart Tasbih for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the App

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Smart Tasbih, you agree to:

• Provide accurate location information for prayer time calculations
• Use the App in accordance with Islamic principles and values
• Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prayer Time Accuracy

Important Notice: While we strive to provide accurate prayer times, Smart Tasbih is a tool for guidance only. Prayer time calculations depend on various factors including:

• Location accuracy from your device's GPS
• The calculation method you choose
• Local geographical and atmospheric conditions

We recommend verifying prayer times with your local mosque or Islamic center, especially for important occasions.

6. Qibla Direction

The Qibla direction feature uses your device's compass and GPS. Accuracy may be affected by:

• Device compass calibration
• Magnetic interference from nearby objects
• GPS signal quality

Always use common sense and multiple methods to confirm the Qibla direction when possible.

7. Smart Ring Integration

If you use a Smart Tasbih Ring:

• Follow all safety instructions provided with the ring
• Ensure proper pairing and connection
• The ring is a companion device and should not be your sole means of tracking prayers
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party ring hardware

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Smart Tasbih, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Smart Tasbih is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content

11. Religious Guidance

Smart Tasbih is a tool to assist with Islamic practices. It is not a substitute for:

• Proper Islamic education and scholarship
• Guidance from qualified Islamic scholars
• Your local mosque or Islamic center

For religious questions or rulings, please consult with qualified Islamic scholars.

12. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to:

• Add new features
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Update prayer time calculation methods
• Enhance security

Updates may be required to continue using the App.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
